re installing the seats in an MGB is really maiking it hard not to swear at the engineer that designed this. I have since read a couple articles that were helpful with hints like Zip tie the runners to the seat frame holds everything together otherwise they fall off, wish I would have know that, cut the heads off a couple bolts and run them up from the bottom to help with placement, not easy without a lift while laying on the floor of an unheated garage. The seats don't slide well so it makes it a joy to get at the bolts much less get them in the holes to line up and tighten, any hints on reinstalling that could help me out would be appreciated.  Roll Eyes I called moss Motors as the exploded diagram on the web doesn't give much to look at. Waited for a week for a call back gave up. I got them in,  the drivers side took over an hour to figure out, I alternated sides front and back to hold the rails in place before tightening. It still does not slide easy. If you try to attach the front bolts first the seat rails may get caught on the seat belt bolt on the center housing, start with the back bolt on the inside that seemed to work best, and alternating seemed to be the trick it keeps the rails in the seat carraige and helps line everything up . Hope this helps someone else.
