2026 Annual Meeting & Chili Cook-off

Welcome to Our Growing Family! In the words of our club secretary, Bob Ablard, “not only are we a growing club, it feels like we are also growing up!” We are thrilled to announce that Foxbrits has welcomed 40 new members since our last annual meeting. This influx of enthusiasm has brought fresh energy and ideas to our discussions, making our club stronger than ever. Key Decisions from Our Annual Meeting During the recent annual meeting held on April 11th, our active members participated in meaningful conversations and voted on crucial amendments. We unanimously decided to amend our bylaws to mandate the purchase of liability insurance for the club and its officers. Tech Session – Tuning & Maintaining SU Carburetors

Saturday February 7th 2026 FoxBrits club member Ken Quade led a seminar on the Tuning and Maintenance of SU Carburetors (or Carburetors) with an attentive and interactive group of forty-five (45) British car enthusiasts (and at least one invited mechanic) at the FoxBrits Clubhouse west of Oshkosh Wisconsin Ken curated the best from various printed and online sources – then added his own custom troubleshooting tables / tool kits / tips & tricks to the seminar A great way to hang out and learn with British car folks on a winter Saturday morning Look for Ken’s PowerPoint presentation in the Member Log In section of the FoxBrits web site – to be released in March 2026

Winnebago Auto Modelers

On a snowy Saturday morning in January the Fox Cities British Car Club hosted club member Andrew Smith and the Winnebago Auto Modelers – who brought us from our 1960s plastic model (and glue) experiences up to present day model making kits / materials / tools / techniques The Winnebago Auto Modelers are award-winning model makers who get together each month right here in the Fox Cities of northeast Wisconsin – they are car guys who own a bit of big metal and a lot of small models Most of the modifications (and a few of the entire models) are scratch-built from materials creatively sourced from fabric shops, jewelry counters, and hobby./craft stores Just like those of us who have unfinished (AKA long-term) British car projects – the Winnebago Auto Modelers have many models in…
